Pricing & Booking Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in commissioning a portrait. Every piece is a unique artwork created specifically for you while maintaining my signature artistic style.

 

1. DIGITAL ARTWORK RATES (BASE PRICE)

(Delivered as a High-Resolution 300 DPI file, optimized for fine art printing)

  • Face (Bust / Headshot): $160 USD

  • Half-body: $240 USD

  • Full-body: $350 USD

Notes:

  • Rates apply to 01 subject with a solid color background.

  • Additional subjects: +70% of the artwork base price per extra person.

  • Commercial Usage: If the artwork is intended for commercial use, advertising, merchandise, or mass reproduction, a commercial licensing fee of 60% – 100% will apply depending on the scope of use.

 

2. BACKGROUND & TURNAROUND TIME

  • Background Options:

    • Solid Color / Simple Gradient: Included

    • Complex Background (Patterns, detailed environments): +$20 – $40 USD (+2 business days)

    • Custom / Exclusive Design: +$60 USD (+5 business days)

  • Standard Turnaround Time:

    • Face: 8 business days

    • Half-body / Full-body: 10–12 business days

      (Excludes weekends and public holidays. Timeline begins upon receipt of all project details and the initial deposit).

  • Express Service:

    • Completed within 5 business days: Rush fee of +$30 USD (Subject to schedule availability).

 

3. FINE ART PRINTING SERVICE (OPTIONAL ADD-ON)

Archival museum-grade physical prints suitable for framing, collection, or gifting:

  • A5 (14.8 × 21 cm / 5.8 × 8.3 in): $25 USD

  • A4 (21 × 29.7 cm / 8.3 × 11.7 in): $45 USD

  • A3 (29.7 × 42 cm / 11.7 × 16.5 in): $70 USD

  • A2 (42 × 59.4 cm / 16.5 × 23.4 in): $100 USD

  • A1 (59.4 × 84.1 cm / 23.4 × 33.1 in): $150 USD

  • Custom Sizes / Framing: Contact directly for a custom quote.

(Prices exclude international shipping fees, which are calculated based on destination country).

  • Paper Stock: Premium Archival Fine Art Paper (260–270gsm, 100% Cotton Rag, Acid-Free) — 100+ year archival rating with rich color reproduction.

  • Packaging: Shipped securely in heavy-duty protective tubes to ensure safe arrival.

 

4. REVISIONS & TERMS OF SERVICE

  • Revision Policy:

    • Pricing includes 02 rounds of minor revisions on the watermarked preview.

    • Minor revisions cover color adjustments, slight facial expression tweaks, or minor details within the agreed concept.

    • From the 3rd revision onward, or for major changes (pose, outfit, composition, or subject changes after sketch approval), additional fees starting from $10 USD per edit will apply.

  • Signature & Portfolio Usage:

    • Personal commissions will feature a small signature (“Ngọc Ấn” / “AD”) in a corner.

    • The artist retains the right to display the completed artwork in portfolios, websites, and social media channels unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or exclusivity agreement is arranged in advance.

  • Artistic Interpretation:

    • Artwork is created in the artist’s personal style.

    • Reference photos are used for guidance and inspiration, not copied 100% literally. Colors, clothing, hair,and other details may be artistically adapted to complement the overall composition.

 

5. PAYMENT & DEPOSIT TERMS

  1. 70% Initial Deposit: Required before work begins. (Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, except in the event of failure to deliver by the artist).

  2. Artwork Review: A watermarked preview will be provided for review and minor adjustments.

  3. 30% Final Balance: Due upon final approval, prior to the release of high-resolution non-watermarked files or proceeding to print production.

 

6. HOW TO BOOK A COMMISSION

  1. Artwork Specifications:

    • Style: Face / Half-body / Full-body

    • Number of subjects

  2. Reference Photos:

    • High-resolution, clear original photos.

    • Attach all relevant photos if combining elements from multiple images.

  3. Custom Requests:

    • Preferred color palette, outfit, background elements, or key details to keep/modify.

  4. Physical Printing (Optional):

    • Do you require physical printing?

    • Desired print size (A5 to A1).

Upon receiving your inquiry, a formal quote and estimated completion date will be provided before commencing work.
