Do original paintings come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes, every original physical artwork (oil on canvas, watercolor, mixed media) is hand-signed by me and accompanied by an official signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA).

What materials are used for your fine art prints?
All prints are produced on Premium Archival Fine Art Paper (260–270gsm, 100% Cotton Rag, Acid-Free) using archival pigment inks. This museum-grade standard guarantees rich color accuracy, fine detail, and exceptional durability over a lifetime.

What print sizes and editions are available?
Prints are offered in select sizes with specified edition limits:

6″ × 8″ (Image 5″ × 7″) — Open Edition (Hand-signed)
8″ × 12″ / A4 (Image 7″ × 10″) — Limited Edition of 250 (Hand-signed & numbered)
12″ × 16″ / A3 (Image 9″ × 14″) — Limited Edition of 200 (Hand-signed & numbered)
16.5″ × 23.4″ / A2 (Image 14″ × 20.5″) — Limited Edition of 150 (Hand-signed & numbered)

Do prints come framed?
No, prints arrive unframed so you can choose a frame and matting that best fit your interior space.

How should I care for my prints and artworks?

Avoid displaying art in direct sunlight or high-humidity environments.
Frame prints behind UV-blocking glass or acrylic.
Handle unframed paper prints carefully by the edges with dry, clean hands.

SHIPPING & PACKAGING

Where do you ship from?
All original artworks and prints are inspected, packed, and shipped directly from Hue, Vietnam.

How are products packaged for transit?
I use eco-friendly and 100% recyclable packaging materials wherever possible:

Small prints: Shipped flat in a clear sleeve, backed with a rigid board, and sealed in a heavy-duty mailer.
Large prints (A2, A1): Carefully rolled in protective sleeves and shipped in thick, impact-resistant shipping tubes.
Original canvas paintings: Double-boxed with multi-layer protective padding to ensure safe international transport.

Can I request a gift note with my order?
Yes, you can leave a short gift message in the note section during checkout, and I will include a personal card with your package.
